Privacy notice
What we collect when you ask for your month-by-month breakdown, what it is used for, and how to stop it. This notice adds to the site's privacy policy.
Who is responsible
Nuvogen Ltd, which operates Edge-Forex, is the data controller: P.O. Box 93915, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your name, email address and country, as you type them.
- A record of your consent: the time, your IP address, the page you were on, and the exact wording you agreed to (version 2026-10-16): "Email me my breakdown and occasional updates from Edge-Forex. I can unsubscribe at any time."
- The amount, start month and length you chose, so the link in the email opens the same replay.
- When you confirmed your address, and, if you do, when you unsubscribed.
Using the calculator itself collects nothing: the replay runs in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking scripts on these pages.
What it is used for
To send you the link to your breakdown and, once you have confirmed your address, occasional marketing emails from Edge-Forex about its services and analysis. Your details are not sold. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, which processes them on our behalf.
How to opt out
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected]. Either way it takes effect at once, and always within 10 working days.
How long we keep it
If you never confirm your address, your details are deleted after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep the record of your sign-up and of the unsubscribe for three years, so that we can show we honoured it, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. The site's privacy policy explains these rights in full.
