Ownership
Edge-Forex is a product of Nuvogen Ltd.
Nuvogen Ltd owns and operates the Edge-Forex website and is responsible for its commercial and administrative operations.
Edge-Forex is the public-facing brand used for the platform's market analysis, commentary, educational content and related services.
How Edge-Forex is funded
Edge-Forex is supported by commercial activities connected to the Edge-Forex brand.
Its principal disclosed commercial offering is Edge-Forex Managed Services, a paid service under which eligible customers authorise trading activity in accounts held with their own brokers, subject to the applicable agreement, eligibility requirements and service terms.
Edge-Forex may also earn revenue from clearly identified advertising, sponsorships or affiliate relationships. When a link or piece of content creates a financial benefit for Edge-Forex, that relationship is disclosed where relevant.
Edge-Forex Managed Services
Edge-Forex Managed Services is a commercial service separate from the platform's general market analysis and educational content.
The service may trade markets discussed on Edge-Forex. This creates a potential conflict of interest, which we address through disclosure and content controls.
In particular:
- Commercial positions must not determine the conclusions of published analysis.
- Content must not be altered, delayed or withheld to benefit a trading position.
- Unpublished content must not be used to obtain an unfair trading advantage.
- Claims about the service's performance must be supported by appropriate evidence and accompanied by clear risk disclosures.
- Promotions for the service must be distinguishable from general market content.

Advertising and sponsorships
Advertisers and sponsors do not receive the right to determine the conclusions presented in Edge-Forex market analysis.
Paid material must be identified clearly. Advertising must not be presented as general market analysis, and payment does not guarantee favourable treatment.
Edge-Forex does not accept advertising that falsely guarantees profits, conceals material trading risks or misrepresents the regulatory status of a financial product or service.
Affiliate links
Some links on Edge-Forex may generate a commission or another financial benefit.
When an affiliate relationship exists, it should be disclosed near the relevant link or content. An affiliate relationship does not remove the reader's responsibility to assess a broker, product or service independently.
Outside ownership and influence
No broker, exchange, asset manager or financial institution controls the conclusions presented in Edge-Forex market analysis.
If Edge-Forex receives material outside investment, grants or funding that could reasonably be relevant to readers, this page will be updated to disclose it.
